Rev. Shannon Smadella is an award-winning strategist with over two decades of experience working across corporate, nonprofit, and emerging sectors.
She has worked with startups, multinational companies, and national and international nonprofits—supporting initiatives across North America, Europe, and Africa.
Her work focuses on designing organizations that are not only strategically sound, but structurally aligned—bridging strategy, governance, and execution to support sustainable growth in complex and evolving environments.
Shannon has led multi-million-dollar initiatives, advised global organizations, and contributed to international dialogue through her involvement with the United Nations. Her approach reflects a commitment to ethical leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and building organizations that are designed to last.
