Shannon is an award-winning strategist and executive operator with over two decades of experience working across corporate, nonprofit, and emerging sectors.
She provides fractional leadership across strategy and operations, stepping into organizations to align direction, structure, and execution. Shannon has worked with startups, multinational companies, and international nonprofits—supporting initiatives across North America, Europe, and Africa.
Her work focuses on designing and leading organizations that are not only strategically sound, but operationally aligned—bridging strategy, governance, and execution to support sustainable growth in complex environments.
She has led multi-million-dollar initiatives, advised global organizations, and contributed to international dialogue through her involvement with the United Nations. Her approach reflects a commitment to ethical leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and building organizations designed to last.
