Executive Assistant (Casual / Remote)
Location: Remote (Canada preferred)
Hours: Approximately 5 hours per week (15-20 hours per month to start)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to help manage a diverse range of professional, academic, and community-based projects. The role involves supporting operations, communications, and coordination across several ongoing initiatives — all with a focus on integrity, purpose, and positive impact.
This is a casual, flexible position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in being more organized than the person they support!
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence with efficiency and tact.
Project Coordination: Track deliverables, update task lists, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Research & Writing: Assist with research, documentation, proofreading, and summary preparation.
Event & Travel Support: Coordinate logistics for meetings, speaking engagements, and (on rare occasions) accompany to conferences or events.
Digital Support: Assist with light social media posting, website updates (e.g., Wix), and document formatting (Google Workspace, Canva, etc.).
General Operations: Help streamline systems, maintain organized digital files, and support smooth day-to-day workflow.

Extremely organized — you love structure, details, and helping things run seamlessly.
A confident communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
Proactive and reliable — you anticipate needs and take initiative.
Compassionate, professional, and comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information.
Preferred Experience
2+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
Familiarity with Canva, Wix, Notion, or similar tools is an asset.
Experience supporting senior leaders, or entrepreneurs is ideal.
