Shannon Smadella.

Shannon is a former Miss Canada, Ordained Minister, Woman of Inspiration Award recipient, and a highly skilled and experienced business professional with over two decades of management experience. Over the past 20 years, she has hosted and delivered keynotes at thousands of events, and webinars, all over North America. While devoting her expertise to her organization, Insight Global, Shannon is an expert consultant in strategic management, marketing, brand & project development and sales, serving the financial, health & wellness, and psychedelic industries.

With a primary background in health sciences, she is a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy and Theocentric Psychology and an MBA candidate. She has expanded her knowledge through thousands of hours of training at schools like MIT and Harvard and wellness organizations like The Chopra Centre.

As a humanitarian, she has donated over 3000 volunteer hours to 80+ charities, raised millions,  and is the founder of The Ride for Red, a 4000km charity bike tour in which she participated. As an advocate for mental health, well-being, and scientific psychedelic research, Shannon has worked in the psychedelic space for 4+ years, starting with MAPS Canada. She planned and organized the inaugural World Psychedelics Day and continues to be a Director of Operations and Spokesperson for the organization.
