Founder and Principal of Insight Global Shannon Smadella to Join PMI Leadership Panel on Inclusive Leadership and Changing the Status Quo

The panel, Leadership: The Power to Change the Status Quo, brings together leaders from project management, engineering, environmental consulting, diversity and inclusion, and strategic advisory to examine how leadership behaviours, team dynamics, representation, and lived experience shape engagement, decision-making, and performance.
Smadella will be joined by Nancy Dionne, P.Eng., Founder of INSITE Project Consulting Inc.; Erica Gray, Senior Project Manager and Team Lead at Cambium Inc.; and Trevor Mayoh, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant.
