Shannon Smadella to Serve as Host and Moderator for Clearmind Medicine Webinar Featuring Johns Hopkins and Yale Clinical Investigators
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 2026 — Shannon Smadella, MBA, Founder and Principal of Insight Global, will serve as host and moderator for an upcoming Clearmind Medicine webinar featuring clinical investigators from Johns Hopkins Medicine and Yale School of Medicine.
The live webinar, Inside MEAI: New Insights from the CMND-100 Psychedelic Clinical Trial, will explore new insights from Clearmind Medicine’s ongoing FDA-approved Phase I/IIa multi-center clinical trial evaluating CMND-100, the company’s proprietary non-hallucinogenic MEAI-based oral drug candidate for the treatment of Alcohol Use Disorder.
The expert discussion will feature Dr. Jennifer Ellis, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and Dr. Anahita Bassir Nia, MD, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Adi Zuloff-Shani, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of Clearmind Medicine, will provide clinical development and corporate context.
Smadella brings more than 25 years of public-facing leadership experience as a speaker, strategist, live-event host, and award-winning social entrepreneur, with media experience spanning CTV, Global, TSN, and the Los Angeles Times. Through Insight Global, she supports strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational analysis, responsible growth, and executive-level positioning in complex and emerging sectors, including emerging health and life sciences.
